Metconazole is a broad-spectrum triazole fungicide mainly used for the prevention and control of various crop fungal diseases. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol in fungal cell membranes, disrupt cell membrane structure, and thus inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria.
